But know that the Lord has set apart for Himself him who is godly; The Lord will hear when I call to Him.- Psalms 4:3 NKJV

The senators, house of representatives, they are appointed by the people to represent them. They are elected to speak to the government on our behalf. The same way, we, the elects, are appointed, set apart by Jesus to ask and receive from our heavenly Father.

The Lord said "You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.(John 15:16 NKJV)

The Greek word translated as "appointed" here is 'tithemi' meaning to place, establish, set aside. If Christ placed us in the position to ask and receive, why shouldn't we trust Him ? None of us sees our digestive system or lungs but we trust them to do the job they were appointed or established to do, why shouldn't we trust the power that established us.

Just as Jesus was chosen and appointed by the Father, asked and received, So also we are chosen and appointed by Jesus asks and receives. Just as the Spirit of God that appointed Jesus, was asking through him, so also when we ask, Christ in us who appointed us, asks for us.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO STAY CONSECRATED TO THE LORD SO AS TO ASK AND RECEIVE TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
