WE LIVE IN HIS AUTHORITY III

But let your hand be on the man of your right hand, the son of man whom you have made strong for yourself! - Psalm 80:17 ESV

In Luke 22:69, Our Lord Jesus said "But from now on the Son of Man shall be seated at the right hand of the power of God.'' Today we are seated together with and in him at the right hand power of God. That is why Ephesians 2:6 says "and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,"

Beloved, because we are in Christ, we are seated at the right hand power of God. We are children of his right hand power. That is where our authority comes from, every other authority has been placed under our feet. It is very important that we know this truth, so we can stay holy, joyful and strong in every circumstance no matter how unpleasant it seems.

That is why St. Paul prayed " that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know……..what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places…..
