WE RULE OVER EVERY CIRCUMSTANCES II

Psalms 110:2 BSB says "The Lord extends Your mighty scepter from Zion: “Rule in the midst of Your enemies.”

How does God extend Christ's scepter from Zion, for him to rule in the midst of his enemies, since He is in heaven?

Christ, our head is sitting down at the right hand power of God, and we, the body are on earth. We are the arrows God is using to put his enemies under his feet.

Remember, Jesus is our true Vine, we are his branches, the extension of his authority on this earth. Through us and in us,God extends his scepter of power, dominion, kingdom and glory to the earth. Through us, the will of God is done today on earth as it is done in heaven.

When the Lord prayed "And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.(John 17:5 NKJV) He is asking for this authority to be extended through us. For it is through us that He is glorified so that the Father will be glorified in him (Jn 17:10,Jn 14:13)

Beloved,our Lord Jesus has glorified God on earth, the government, sceptre of authority as spoken by the prophets is resting now on his shoulder, that is us, the church, His body. The will of God is done today on earth as it is done in heaven. Let us stand strong in it, and never be discouraged..
