WEEP NO MORE

Then the Lord said to Joshua, “Today I have rolled away the reproach of Egypt from you.” So the place has been called Gilgal to this day- Joshua 5:9 NIV

If you pay your child's school fees, you expect the child to go back to school and study. If He comes back home to you asking you for the fees, what will you do?

Proverbs 14:34 NKJV says "Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a reproach to any people." Sin is the transgression of the law, hence the enemy uses it as a weapon of reproach against us. However, Christ has removed sin and it's reproach how?

The Bible says " He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross. (Colossians 2:14‭-‬15 NLT)

If this is true, which we know God does not lie, why are we still crying to God for this or that? Why are we still living as slaves? Why are we accepting those reproach which the disarmed foe is throwing at us? Why are we living in agony, anxieties, worries and sickness. " Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then is there no healing for the wound of my people? (Jeremiah 8:21‭-‬22 NIV)

Beloved, Have you forgotten what it means to receive the Spirit of Sonship? To live as a king and not a slave? Have you forgotten the Rock that gave birth to you? Do you know what it means to be a child of God?

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO WEEP NO MORE AND LIVE THIS ETERNAL LIFE JESUS BOUGHT FOR US, FREE OF SIN AND REPROACH TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
