WHAT DO YOU TREASURE IN YOUR HEART ?

But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart.

Luke 2:19 NIV

Be careful what you treasure in your heart, the Lord said "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.(Matthew 6:21 NIV) What do you treasure in your heart today beloved ? Grievances, Lust, unforgiveness,fear, unbelief? Or do you treasure God's word, testimonies in your hearts?

The Bible says "Your testimonies are my heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.(Psalms 119:111 BSB) What is the joy of your heart? Is it money, job, material possessions? Are you building your joy on the rock or on the sand? (See Matthew 7:24-26)

Mary treasured the word of God in her heart, emptied herself of human reasoning, accepting to be the mother of God's only son, in submission to the will of God, allowed her heart pierced to the end so as for God to fulfill his covenant He made with Abraham. How about you?

The Bible says "those who live as their human nature tells them to, have their minds controlled by what human nature wants. Those who live as the Spirit tells them to, have their minds controlled by what the Spirit wants.(Romans 8:5 GNT)
