ARE YOU ALWAYS WITH JESUS?

“And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours.

Luke 15:31 NKJV

Our theme is from the parable of the prodigal son. Many are not enjoying all that Jesus has given us, because they are not always with Jesus, even though He is always with us. You might have good health, wealth, marriages etc, but if you are not always with Jesus, you would not enjoy hundred-folds. Ecclesiastes 6:2 ESV says, “a man to whom God gives wealth, possessions, and honor, so that he lacks nothing of all that he desires, yet God does not give him power to enjoy them, but a stranger enjoys them. This is vanity; it is a grievous evil.”

It is our responsibility to be with Him always so we can possess all things through Him. The Lord wants us to have a conscious mindset that all He has is ours through our union with Him. In this way we can enjoy all that He has. “Philemon 1:6 NKJV says, “ that the sharing of your faith may become effective by the acknowledgment of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.” Remember, the Lord is Spirit, you have to be with Him through His words for His words are Spirit and life.

That is why He said in John 15:7 NKJV, “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.” He wants us to reap hundred-folds. Let us be with Him all the time, be conscious of who He is, His wonderful reputation so we can enjoy all that He has .‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours.”
