ARE YOU PLUCKING THE RIPE FRUITS?

You may say there are still four months until harvest time. But I tell you to look, and you will see that the fields are ripe and ready to harvest.

John 4:35 CEV

The Lord says we should look around and we will see that the fields are ripe and ready to harvest. That means if we look we must see ripe fruits to harvest. Are we looking , and are we seeing ripe fruit around us, in our families, churches, work places, gym etc? Remember the Lord does not lie, if He says look, we simply do whatever He says! Look and see, we don't just look, we look to see!

The Bible says about the 3000 people the apostles baptized, “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”(Acts 2:42 NIV) We really need to devote our time to making disciples of all nations. We not only pluck ripe fruits by sharing the gospel, we also pluck them by the way we live our lives in this fallen world, for they are watching us. Jesus did not pluck Nicodemus, a Pharisee by preaching, rather by His deeds. ( John 3:2)

Beloved, It is the joy of the Father to have a huge harvest. John 4:36 CEV says, “Even now the harvest workers are receiving their reward by gathering a harvest that brings eternal life. Then everyone who planted the seed and everyone who harvests the crop will celebrate together.”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO BE DEDICATED HARVESTERS TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
