BE BRAVE, WE ARE THE RESCUED OF GOD

Those the Lord has rescued will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.

Isaiah 51:11 NIV

Think of what it means that the Almighty God is the One that rescued us . Isaiah 14:27 NLT, says, “ The Lord of Heaven’s Armies has spoken— who can change his plans? When his hand is raised, who can stop him?” Let us not fret when we face trials for whom the Son of Man set free, is free indeed. No wonder our theme verse says, “They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.”

Just for the fact that we go through moments of troubles or sorrow does not mean that we are not the rescued of God. Instead in all those troubles and sorrows, we are more than conquerors because we are the rescued of God. Remember, we are born to rule, subdue and dominate the world, that means there is something to dominate and subdue on earth.

Just as every city has law enforcement agencies, because there are still those who will break the law. In the same way, we are God's own kings on earth to rule over all, enforce judgment decreed. Psalm 149:9 ESV says, “ to execute on them the judgment written! This is honor for all his godly ones. Praise the Lord!”
