BE CALM! V

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

John 14:27 NKJV

In John 16:33 NKJV the Lord said, “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” The fact is that there are still troubles in this world, but the truth is that He has overcome them already. Instead of letting our mind be troubled or afraid about the facts, we set our minds on the truth ,”I have overcome the world.”

No wonder He said, “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace” Psalms 119:160 NKJV says, “The entirety of Your word is truth” His words sets us apart from the troubles of this world, “Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth” (John 17:17 NKJV)

OUR peace comes when we live by the truth and not on the facts. That we are in Him, and not with the troubles, for those troubles are things of the past, we are no longer there. We have died 2000 years ago with Christ, we are now in Christ in God. Colossians 3:1-3 NKJV says, “ If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. “

Be calm and enjoy His peace
