BE JOYFUL WE ARE PLANTED IN CHRIST

He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.

Psalms 1:3 NKJV

We have a prosperous life, for we are good seeds planted by a great farmer, our heavenly Father in a rich and fertile ground, Christ. Psalms 80:8-9 NIV says, “You transplanted a vine from Egypt; you drove out the nations and planted it. You cleared the ground for it, and it took root and filled the land.”

Not only did our Heavenly Father transplant us from the realm of death, He also planted us in a place cleared of the reign of death. Just as in the parable of sower , we must bear fruit, hundredfolds, for we are planted in a rich soil set apart from rocky places, thorns and bushes. Ephesians 1:4 NIV says, “For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love.”

We are set apart from failures, sickness and all the decays of this world. Our duty is to live in this consciousness daily irrespective of what our earthly circumstances reflect. We engage Christ in all we do for we are planted in Him.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO LIVE AS THOSE PLANTED IN CHRIST IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
