BE PREPARED

Always be ready! You don't know when the Son of Man will come.

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24:44‬ ‭CEV‬‬

Beloved, we are entering the night season. The night season is known for its darkness, tiredness, weakness and evil of all kinds. That is the period the Lord said He will come again. “ ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭16:15‬ ‭NIV‬‬ says, “Look, I come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed, so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed.”

Today's world is getting darker and increasingly difficult to live in. Many are depressed, tired sleepy, weary, tired of worship and even falling away from faith. This is the period to watch with absolute care. St Paul said, “You surely know that the Lord's return will be as a thief coming at night. My dear friends, you don't live in darkness, and so that day won't surprise you like a thief. Others may sleep, but we should stay awake and be alert. “

Remember the parable of the Ten virgins, we must keep our lamp burning and shining. Let us go about doing the work we are chosen and sent to do. Watch and pray. The Lord said, “Homeowners never know when a thief is coming, and they are always on guard to keep one from breaking in. Always be ready! You don't know when the Son of Man will come.”(‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24:43‭-‬44‬ ‭CEV‬‬)
