Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me.

John 6:57 NIV

Have a great appetite for the Holy Communion. Treasure it more than anything on earth. Eat it as if your life depends on it for it is so. The Lord said in verses 55 and 56 of our theme, “For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them.”

Ponder this from our theme, “so the one who feeds on me will live because of me”. It is no longer about our shortcomings, financial, marital or health status, for we live because of Jesus. No more worries about family history of sickness and failures, for we live because of Jesus, He is our life! Galatians 2:20 NIV says, “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

This is mind blowing! We live because of what Christ has done, we live because of Jesus Christ! “2 Corinthians 3:5 NIV says, “Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God.”

We are living from Christ’s power, wealth etc. It is no longer about our haves or have-nots, for He supplies all our needs according to His riches. David said, “With your help I can advance against a troop; with my God I can scale a wall.”

(Psalms 18:29 NIV)

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO BE VORACIOUS FOR THE HOLY COMMUNION IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
