COMMIT YOUR LIFE TO CHRIST

Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.

Christ is our righteousness, so all things we do in His name, are set right for us spiritually according to the excellences and glory of His name. This might not appeal to our understanding because we don't live in our name, But definitely it does for Jesus because we are living in His name and He has the final say. Our duty is to trust him beyond our human senses.

OUR Lord Jesus while on earth lived in the Father's name, “ While I was with them, I kept them in your name, which you have given me”(John 17:12 ESV) He lived in the will of the Father. In John 6:38 NIV He said,"For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me.”

Just as the Father sent Him, He also sent us, so we should also live in His name. There are no failures or losses when we live in the name of Jesus. Our duty is to believe and walk in His consciousness. Psalm 37:5-6 GNT says, “Give yourself to the Lord; trust in him, and he will help you; he will make your righteousness shine like the noonday sun.”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO COMMIT ALL THAT WE DO IN HIS NAME TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
