‭‭John 1:14 NIV‬‬ says, “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” Our Lord Jesus,” Word became flesh”, did not allow the world to define Him as flesh. He never made judgments by human standards, instead He displayed His true identity: “the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.”

In John 8:23 NIV‬‬ He told the Jewish authorities, “You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.”

Beloved, for the fact that we are sent on earth does not change our identity, for the fact that we might pass through valleys of darkness in this world, does not change our identity, for our light supersedes every other light, and shines in the darkness and darkness cannot absorb us. Remember, our light came from the very entity through whom the world, including all lights, were created. ”In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.”(‭‭John 1:4 NIV‬‬)
