and you killed the Author of life, whom God raised from the dead. To this we are witnesses.

Acts 3:15 ESV

We can restrain the Author of life by simply living in worries, anxieties, cares of the world and even impatience. In Exodus 32, Moses went up to the mountain to receive the law from God, the Israelites lost patience and told Aaron to make them a golden calf, representing the God that brought them out of Egypt.

Psalm 106:20 ESV said, “They exchanged the glory of God for the image of an ox that eats grass.”

Beloved, how many times have we quickly exchanged what the Author of life wrote for us with what our earthly circumstances or feelings say about us. If the Author Of life, authored divine health, provisions, prosperity and peace for us, why are we living by what our feelings or earthly circumstances dictate. We are children of God not by the dictates of our feelings or earthly circumstances, rather because we received the Spirit of Sonship. (Galatians 4:6)

This is in line with what St. Paul said in Acts 17:29 ESV, “ Being then God’s offspring, we ought not to think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by the art and imagination of man.” Let us not restrain our Author Of life for no one can change what He wrote for us before the foundation of the world. Philippians 1:6 ESV, says, “ And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO LIVE IN SWEET FELLOWSHIP WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
