DO YOU DO WHAT PLEASES HIM?

The one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him.

God's plan for us before the foundation of the world is for us to live in union with Christ. “ Christ in you the hope of glory “. That is what pleases God, that we live through Christ, by His finished work of the cross. God is already pleased with us, for us to please Him is to respond positively to the finished work of the cross. That takes faith, “And without faith it is impossible to please God..” (Hebrews 11:6 NIV)

OUR faith does not move God to respond to anything in our lives, rather we need faith to respond to the finished work of His Son. “ because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”

(Hebrews 11:6 NIV). Just as the Father sent Jesus and was with Him and never left Him. The same way, Jesus, who sent us is always with us and will never leave us if we abide in Him. That is abide in Him by faith. A man does not live by feelings alone but by faith in Christ,
