ENJOY EDEN'S LIFESTYLE BY OBEDIENCE TO HIS WORDS IV

And they will say, ‘This land that was desolate has become like the garden of Eden, and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.’

Ezekiel 36:35 ESV

In Genesis 1, God built up a broken world by His words. Genesis 1:2-3 BSB says, “Now the earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters. And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.” We are no longer a broken being, for we are built with the same word that created the world. Isaiah 62:5 NIV says, “As a young man marries a young woman, so will your Builder marry you;”

We are one Spirit with our Builder, the same substance. We suffer brokenness when we don't live by the same substance we were built with, His words.

Beloved, God's intention right from the beginning was for us to live by His words. No wonder He gave birth to us by His Word. The life in His words is the light we walk by and escape the brokenness of this broken world. Psalm 36:9 ESV says, “in your light do we see light.”

That is why we are sanctified, set apart from the brokenness of this broken world by His word. For the life in His word renews, revitalizes, preserves all aspects of our lives. It's light falls on the brokenness of this broken world and is never broken. Let's live by His words and enjoy Eden's glorious life! Glory!
