ENJOY EDEN'S LIFESTYLE BY OBEDIENCE TO HIS WORDS V

And they will say, ‘This land that was desolate has become like the garden of Eden, and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.’

Ezekiel 36:35 ESV

Hebrews 12:22 NIV says, “But you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly,” If you are going on a vacation, you would be planning on things to do or places to visit when you arrive there. But when you arrive, you visit the places as you planned. Beloved, we have arrived to Zion, the land of our promises, where all the promises of God are yes ! (II Corinthians 1:20)

We are no longer asking for this or that, we are living out the promises for we have arrived. We are in a city of thousands upon thousands of angels, we are not asking for God to send us His angels. Instead we thank Him that His angels are around us hence we cannot strike our feet against a stone.(Psalms 91:11) We thank Him that we can never lack because Jesus is our shepherd. (Psalms 23:1)

Obadiah 1:17 NIV says, “But on Mount Zion will be deliverance; it will be holy, and Jacob will possess his inheritance.” God was so delighted for His children to possess their inheritance as in Eden that He sacrificed His only son. Our duty is to possess them by living in His words. Man lost out of Eden because of disobedience to His words, and struggles began.So we possess all by obedience to and resting in His words.
