ENJOY THE DAY THE LORD MADE

This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.

Psalms 118:24 NKJV

The Lord told the Samaritan woman, “If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink,..” (John 4:10 NIV)

Do you really know who God is, the giver of perfect gifts? If only we knew who God is and what He gives, we would be leaping with ecstatic joy all day long, for each day He has made. Think about this; even when we were dead in sin and wandered away like sheep, out of love for us, He laid all our sins on His only Son, how do you think the day He made for us would be?

Jesus in John 17:25, called God “Righteous Father”. If a righteous Father ordained our days, how pleasant would it be? The Same God who chose us, made a day for us, who can accuse us, what on earth He made can stand against us? Our days were made through the very One who received the wounds that healed us, and the punishment that made us whole, how do you think our days would be?

The sweetest thing is that Christ is the one the Father placed at His right hand power to speak on our behalf daily, how lovely He has made our days ! Psalms 16:6 CEV says, “You make my life pleasant, and my future is bright.”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO ENJOY OUR DAYS BECAUSE GOD MADE THEM IRRESPECTIVE OF OUR CIRCUMSTANCES IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
