We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.

1 John 1:3 NIV

There is a fellowship within the Godhead into which we have been graciously brought. In this dark and challenging world, we must live with a constant awareness of this divine fellowship.

From the very beginning, God operated in fellowship within the Godhead. At creation He declared, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness” (Genesis 1:26). This reveals the unity and communion of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The Lord Jesus Himself lived with this consciousness while on earth. He never acted independently of the Father. In John 14:10, He said, “Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.”

He also spoke of the Holy Spirit's role in this divine fellowship. In John 16:14, Jesus said, “He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you.” The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit work together in perfect unity.

As children of God, we are born into this fellowship. We are not alone. Christ lives in us, and His presence is our hope of glory. Therefore, let us live daily with the awareness of His indwelling presence and partnership. St. Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 1:9, “God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.”

What a privilege—to share in the fellowship of the Godhead through Christ. Live in the consciousness of His presence, draw strength from His companionship, and walk confidently knowing that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are with you.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO BE CONSCIOUS OF OUR FELLOWSHIP WITH THE GODHEAD IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
