FROM THE OFFICE OF THE SALT OF THE EARTH

WAKE UP SHEPHERDS

First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgiving be offered for everyone— for kings and all those in authority—so that we may lead tranquil and quiet lives in all godliness and dignity.

1 Timothy 2:1-2 BSB

We are the salt of the earth, God's own appointed shepherds, we are the only people authorized on earth to preserve the earth till the day of the Lord. 1 Timothy 2:3-4 BSB says that, “This is good and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who wants everyone to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”

In Isaiah 61:11 BSB, God said, “For as the earth brings forth its growth, and as a garden enables seed to spring up, so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring up before all the nations.”

God is doing this through us, the very salt of the earth. We are the only ones that are authorized on earth to keep watering the seed of righteousness Jesus sown on earth till He comes again.

We are to fill the earth with His righteousness through petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgiving. If we don't do it, no one does. The world is getting increasingly harder to live in not because the enemy is stronger than us, but because the very salt of the earth is sleeping too much. Remember

“But while everyone was asleep, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and slipped away.”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO LIVE AS THE SALT OF THE EARTH TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
