GOD HAS SPECIAL PLAN FOR US

I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for.

-‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11‬ ‭GNT‬‬

Ponder this prayer of the Lord, “And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth”. (‭‭John‬ ‭17:11, 15- 17‬ ‭KJV‬‬)

All these things the Lord was saying, the apostles never understood and also why He has to be so passionate about them . “And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.” All they wanted Jesus to do was to knock the Romans' authority off their neck and let Israel be. They never knew God had a bigger and better plan than that.

God owns us, all that He does for us, He does for himself . We might not understand certain things we go through in life, let us trust him for He is leading His own children home safely. If He planned our salvation even while we were dead in sin, How about now that we are alive to Him.
