But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.

2 Corinthians 4:7 NIV

Just as the Israelites in the Bible had their desert experience , we are also having our own desert experience now, for we have treasures in weak vessels. That is why He chose us out of the world to abide in Him and not in the world. Abiding in Him is to be Christ conscious at all times and not self conscious.

St. Paul faced his own as well, on one occasion, he asked God to take out the thorn in his flesh, “ Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.”

(2 Corinthians 12:9 NLT)

In all our desert experiences, that is our

weaknesses, know that we have a surpassing power from Christ. Our duty is to abide in Him, that is to be Christ conscious at all times, He is our hope of glory. This way, we do not limit God in our lives.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO BE CHRIST CONSCIOUS IRRESPECTIVE OF OUR CIRCUMSTANCES IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
