IS GOD’S WORD YOUR GPS THROUGH LIFE?

Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.

Psalm 119:105 NIV

Beloved, think about how a GPS guides you to your destination. It takes road conditions, traffic congestion, construction sites, and other possible delays into account when calculating your estimated arrival time. When you encounter a stop sign, a red light, or unexpected traffic, you do not automatically conclude that your destination no longer exists. You understand that these are conditions along the journey, not necessarily the end of it.

In the same way, God’s Word prepares us to navigate the realities of life without losing sight of His promises. His Word does not deny the existence of earthly challenges; rather, it gives us wisdom, direction, and strength to walk through them victoriously..

For instance, in John 16:33 NIV, the Lord Jesus said, “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Notice that Jesus did not promise us a trouble-free journey. He told us beforehand that we would encounter difficulties, but He also assured us of His victory over the world.

Our responsibility is to remain deeply rooted in His Word so that we can stand firm through every trial.Proverbs 4:20-21 says, “My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. “Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart;” In Joshua 1:8, God said to Joshua not to allow the word to depart from His mouth. In John 17:17, the Lord prayed, “Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. ”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO LIVE BY THE WORD OF GOD DAILY IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
