IT IS ALL ABOUT HIS SEED IN US

Righteousness will go before Him, And shall make His footsteps our pathway.

Psalms 85:13 NKJV

Beloved, we have an ever exciting life for we are being conformed into Christ's image day by day. Imagine that, the very footsteps of Christ, who is the visible image of the invisible God, are our pathway! How can we ever fail in life?

Romans 8:29 NKJV says, “ For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.”

In Genesis 1:11 NKJV, God said, “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth”; and it was so.

Just as an apple tree right from creation was predestined to produce apple fruit for its seed is in itself. In the same way, we are predestined to conform to the image of Christ for we have the seed of God in us.

We cannot conform to sin , distress, anger, bitterness, rage and hatred,for we do not have such seed in us. Hence, they are not in conformity with the image of Jesus. I John 3:9 NKJV says. “Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.” Our duty is to renew our minds, for our new life is renewed in the knowledge of God, so we can be transformed into Christ's image.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO RENEW OUR MINDS AND CONFORM TO THE IMAGE OF OUR LORD JESUS TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
