KNOW WHERE YOU ARE

‘In him we live and move and exist.’

Acts 17:28 GNT

Just as when we were little children,our parents always wanted us to greet them once we woke up. In the same way, our heavenly Father wants us to come to Him daily not necessarily with our troubles, worries and fears. But with thanksgiving,

“hallowed be thy name”. Not that our thanksgiving makes Him great, but it is the assurance that we are conscious of where we are. We declare our faith through thanksgiving. Adam lost that consciousness after the fall, hence God asked him , where are you?

God wants us to know that we are back to Him now, we are in His realm now!. 1 John 1:5-7 GNT says, “.. God is light, and there is no darkness at all in him. If, then, we say that we have fellowship with him, yet at the same time live in the darkness, we are lying both in our words and in our actions. But if we live in the light—just as he is in the light—then we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from every sin.

Beloved, know where you are! We are in Christ, in God, where there is no darkness. God is Spirit and does not judge by external standards, but by truth. That we are healed is not because we feel no more sickness, but simply because Christ wounds healed us. We are His heirs, not because of our earthly possessions, but simply because we are His children. Romans 8:17 NIV says,“Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ,”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO LIVE IN THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF WHERE WE ARE, THE REALM OF THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
