In our catholic community, there is a prayer after communion that says, “May this divine sacrifice we have offered and received fill us with life, O Lord, we pray,

so that, bound to you in lasting charity,

we may bear fruit that lasts for ever.

Through Christ our Lord.”

Imagine that we are bound to christ in lasting charity, glory!. “Romans 5:5 NIV tells us that, “ hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”.

There is hope in all troubles we might face in this troubled world for we are bound to Christ in everlasting love.

Romans 8:35 NIV says, “ Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?” Nothing can neutralize His love for us, that is why we can bear fruit if we remain in this Love, that is to be conscious of His love for us.

No wonder Romans 7:4 NIV says , “ So, my brothers and sisters, you also died to the law through the body of Christ, that you might belong to another, to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit for God.”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO REMAIN IN HIS LOVE IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
