LIVE ABOVE ALL THINGS THROUGH HIS WORDS.

By your decree everything stands at attention, for all that you have made serves you.

Psalms 119:91 TPT

Out of God's awesomeness, His kindness, He has magnified His word above all things, including our feelings. (Psalms 138:2) . That means if we live by His words, we will be living above sickness, hardships, addictions, depression, sin and all distress. How we feel does not matter anymore, for they are functions of the flesh. And the Lord said, “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life.” (John 6:63 NIV)

In moments of weakness, lowliness, do not yield to the feelings, rather stand by the word of God and you will live above all. Psalms 119:25 NIV says, “I am laid low in the dust; preserve my life according to your word “ How? Our theme verse says “By your decree everything stands at attention, for all that you have made serves you.”

Think about this: That it is a windy day,

does not mean that the only road that will lead you to your destination is not functional. In the same way, we can not give up on the word of God because of our feelings. Peter acted on the word of Jesus and walked on water, but when he yielded to the wind, he began to sink. Galatians 5:16 NIV says, “ So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.”
