LIVE AS THE LAMB III

Go! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves.

If we are sent to the termites world to live as a termite, we might be vulnerable to the same challenges termites face, but we cannot be destroyed because of the power behind us. Our Lord Jesus, though He was God, was sent to live as a human being. He was vulnerable to all human challenges but was sustained by the father, not even a single bone of His was broken. He never complained of His vulnerability or allowed them to stop Him from doing the work the Father sent Him to do.

In the same way, we are called to imitate Jesus for though as Lambs among wolves, we might be vulnerable to challenges, but the power of Christ is mighty in our lives.‭‭ "My power works best in weakness.” Let us not allow our vulnerable state as a Lamb to stop us from doing the work we are sent to do.

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭34:19‭-‬20‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ say, " Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all. He guards all his bones; Not one of them is broken."

The more we boast in our vulnerable state, stand strong in challenging times, the more power of Christ is made manifest in our lives. (II Corinthians 12:9). That is why even though we are sent as vulnerable lambs we cannot be crushed as Lambs, for every little scratch on the earthen vessels reveals the glowing splendor of the treasure inside it. ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:8‭-‬9‬ ‭NLT‬‬ says," We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God.."

"Be innocent as a dove and wise as the serpent "
