LIVE AS THOSE RECONCILED WITH GOD CONCLUDES

And you, who were formerly alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy and blameless and above reproach in His sight,

Our joy is that God is the one that reconciled us with Himself. Hence, He sees us as forever holy, blameless, and above reproach in His sight! That is huge.

He never remembers our sins anymore. We are completely well and clean inside. Luke 1:74-75 MEV says, “ to grant us that we, being delivered out of the hand of our enemies, might serve Him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before Him all the days of our lives.”

We can understand this better from the parable of the prodigal son. We can see the father's response to the older son, when he tries to accuse the younger son, who just reconciled with the father.

“ But when this son of yours came, who has devoured your living with harlots, you killed the fattened calf for him.’ “He said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours. But it was fitting to be merry and be glad, for this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ ”(Luke 15:30-32 MEV)

Let us celebrate with our heavenly Father, for what matters to Him now is that we are alive to Him. We are new in His sight ,for old things are passed away. He sees no evil or wrongs in us, for we are one with a Holy God. It is good that we know this, so we don't live in sin consciousness. 1 John 3:20 MEV says, “For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart and knows everything.”
