MANY ARE YOUR THOUGHTS FOR US SWEET HEAVENLY FATHER

On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there,

John 2:1 NIV

I love how the Holy Spirit said in our theme verse, ” Jesus’ mother was there,” Why is the Holy Spirit specifically saying that, “Jesus’ mother was there,”? That means the presence of Jesus' mother in our lives is so remarkable. The subsequent verses say, “ When the wine was gone, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no more wine.” “Woman, why do you involve me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.” (John 2:3-4 NIV)

Mothers are always concerned about their children's affairs, sometimes we might say they get into our business. Imagine if Jesus' mother was not there, how could they have gone through the wedding without wine?. They did not even approach her or had to murmur as the crowd with Moses in the desert, or waited for 3 days as the crowd with Jesus in the wilderness. (See Matthew 15:32 )

Beloved, it might seem like we push too much about Jesus Mother in our catholic community,, but we have to know that no one pushes more about her than the Holy Spirit. Imagine the accolades, hail Mary full of grace…, then through the mouth of Elizabeth, “But why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? “(Luke 1:43 NIV) Now “ Jesus’ mother was there,”. It is all about God's love for us. He that honors the importance of mothers in our life, would He not also honor the importance of Jesus mother in our union with Christ?””Jesus’ mother was there,”

Psalms 139:17 NIV says, “How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them!’
