ONENESS WITH GOD IS OUR NEW LIFE IN CHRIST

Because the Sovereign Lord helps me, I will not be disgraced. Therefore have I set my face like flint, and I know I will not be put to shame.

Isaiah 50:7 NIV

The Lord said in John 14:20 NLT, “When I am raised to life again, you will know that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.” Oneness with God is our new life in Christ. Our power of excellence, righteousness, health and wellbeing are from Him. We are partakers of His divine nature.

Remember in the desert where the Israelites looked up to God for everything, doubting His power to provide. In Psalms 78:20 NLT they said about God, “Yes, he can strike a rock so water gushes out, but he can’t give his people bread and meat.” God has given us all we need in Christ , it is no longer up to God to provide, rather up to us to believe in the riches of christ in us, and live a rich and satisfying life on earth.

I John 4:4 NKJV says, “You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” It doesn't matter the troubles the world throws at us, we don't fear, for He who lives in us greater than all. Isaiah 50:8-9 NIV says, “He who vindicates me is near. Who then will bring charges against me?.. It is the Sovereign Lord who helps me. Who will condemn me?..”
