OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN

OUR EVER WILLING LORD IS NOW OUR EVER PRESENT HELP

A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.” Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!” Immediately he was cleansed of his leprosy.

‭Matthew 8:2-3 NIV‬

Think of what it means that our ever willing Lord in all circumstances is our ever present help in all circumstances. He is our help in all circumstances because we are joined with Him in oneness. The same Jesus that was moving around doing good, healing all people, the same power that prospered Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, even Solomon, is now one Spirit with us as our ever present help.

All we need is to believe in Christ as our ever present help in all things. The best way to understand this is the parable of the prodigal son. The elder brother said to the Father, “Look! All these years I’ve been slaving for you and never disobeyed your orders. Yet you never gave me even a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends. But when this son of yours who has squandered your property with prostitutes comes home, you kill the fattened calf for him!’ “ ‘My son,’ the father said, ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours.”(‭Luke 15:29-31 NIV‬)

Whenever we feel that we are not getting the breakthrough we need, have the mindset that the same Jesus who was ever willing to help, is now one Spirit with us as our ever present help. We are inseparable with Him, He is always with us, hence all He has is ours. As the prodigal son’s father said to the son, ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours.”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO BE CONFIDENT IN OUR UNION WITH CHRIST IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
