OUR HELP IS FROM WITHIN

And all the crowd sought to touch him, for power came out from him and healed them all.

Luke 6:19 ESV

Psalm 121:1-2 ESV says, “I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.”

OUR Lord Jesus through whom heaven and earth were made lives in us, so all that we need in life is already provided for us through Him. “For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:21 NKJV)

Hence, the power to excel in all things and be in good health comes from within us.

The Lord, while He was on earth, was always conscious of the power in Him. At one occasion He said to Philip, “Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority, but the Father who dwells in me does his works.” (John 14:10 ESV )

In the same way, our power of excellence comes from Christ who lives in us. In

John 7:38 ESV He said, “Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” OUR duty is to make this power operational within us through word meditations. For God's words bring His life giving Spirit.(John 6:63) His words are backed up by His works. “Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,”(Ephesians 3:20 ESV)
