Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God,

-‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭3:5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

St Augustine said, " You have made us for yourself, O Lord, and our hearts are restless until they rest in You.” This explains why our sufficiency is from God, for in Him we live, move and have our being. (Acts 27:27) This is what God wants the world to know that He is with us in all things. In ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭62:12‬ ‭ERV‬‬ He said, “...And you, Jerusalem, will be called “The City God Wants…“The City God Is With.”

God did not make Moses eloquent so He could convince Pharaoh to let His people go. Why ? So that His sufficiency would be of God and not on eloquence. Gideon's army was decreased to only 300 men so that their sufficiency in winning the Midianites would not be from the size of the army but of God. Apostle Paul pleaded 3 times that God should remove the thorn in His flesh, but was denied, hence He learned that his sufficiency is not from His strength, instead when he is weak he is strong.

Let us not define our sufficiency by the size of our income or health status etc, our sufficiency is from God. " I am with you till the end of time ". Immanuel. ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1:27‬ ‭TPT‬‬ says, "Living within you is the Christ who floods you with the expectation of glory! This mystery of Christ, embedded within us, becomes a heavenly treasure chest of hope filled with the riches of glory for his people, and God wants everyone to know it!"

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO LIVE IN HIS SUFFICIENCY IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
