Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God,

-‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭3:5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

One might ask, if Christ is my sufficiency, why am I going through challenges in life? We are made complete not by our wealth, sickness free or sin free life, but by our union with the holy triune God, paid fully by Christ's chastisement. That defines our natural world and not the other way round. The Bible says, "For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority." (‭‭Colossians‬ ‭2:9‭-‬10‬ ‭NIV‬‬)

It is no longer about the size of our income, our health status, or our marital life etc, Christ completes all in all. ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭73:26‬ ‭NIV‬‬ says, " My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever." That is why we are not worried about losing that job, house, car, marital status or if we have children or not, etc, for our sufficiency is not from those, but from Christ .He completes all we lack.

No wonder ‭‭ I Samuel‬ ‭2:8‬ ‭NIV‬‬ says, "He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes and has them inherit a throne of honor. “For the foundations of the earth are the Lord’s; on them he has set the world."

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO LIVE IN HIS SUFFICIENCY IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
