OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN

OUR SUFFICIENCY IS OF GOD IV

Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God,

-‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭3:5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

In ‭‭Luke‬ ‭9:3‬, Jesus sent out His apostles telling them, ‘Do not take anything for your journey. Do not take a stick, or a bag, or food. Do not take any money. Do not take extra clothes." Why was He telling them all these? It is for us to know that our sufficiency is not from those but from God.

Man easily worships the given than the giver of all things, the wealth than the one that gives them the power to get wealth.

‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭9:8‬ ‭EASY‬‬ says, "Since God loves you, he is able to give you more than you need. You will always have every good thing that you need for yourselves. And you will have enough to do many good things to help other people. "

Children of God should not limit their purposes on earth to what to wear, eat or drink. For our completeness is not from those. ‭‭I Peter‬ ‭1:23‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ says, "having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever.'" We cannot be sufficient with corruptible things, but rather incorruptible. " Why? ‭‭In Mark‬ 2:21‬ ‭NKJV‬‬, the Lord said "No one sews a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment; or else the new piece pulls away from the old, and the tear is made worse."

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO LIVE IN HIS SUFFICIENCY IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
