And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the LORD, Mine horn is exalted in the LORD: My mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; Because I rejoice in thy salvation.
-1 Samuel 2:1 KJV
Ponder this: "My mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; Because I rejoice in thy salvation." So there is power in rejoicing in the glorious work of His cross. David said, " Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation;" (Psalm 51:12 KJV) If we can just turn our prayer requests into delighting in His salvation, irrespective of our circumstances, there is a tremendous power that comes with it.
Beloved, in Christ, God has exalted us above our circumstances and we are called to worship God without care in the world. Though we might appear vulnerable physically because we are sent out as sheep among wolves, but spiritually we are not vulnerable. It is even good we are sent out as vulnerable lambs so the power of Christ may rest upon us.
Psalms 8:2 TPT says "You have built a stronghold by the songs of children. Strength rises up with the chorus of infants. This kind of praise has power to shut Satan’s mouth. Childlike worship will silence the madness of those who oppose you." God uses childlike praises to silence the enemy. He uses the weak to shame the strong.
Let us practice worshiping God beyond human senses, God is seeking for those who can worship Him for who He is. Psalms 89:15 NLT says, "Happy are those who hear the joyful call to worship, for they will walk in the light of your presence, Lord. Psalms 149:9 TPT says, "Praise-filled warriors will enforce the judgment decreed against their enemies. This is the honor he gives to all his godly lovers. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!"
WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO REJOICE IN HIS SALVATION ALL THE DAYS OF OUR LIVES IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
THANK YOU JESUS!
