REJOICE IN HIS PROMISES

Psalm 56:10 GNT
Psalm 119:50 GNT says, “Even in my suffering I was comforted because your promise gave me life.” Beloved, our comfort in suffering is not found in the absence of trouble, but in the life-giving power of God’s Word!
In Christ, we have been made a mighty stone. Jesus said, “Whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.” — Matthew 21:44 NKJV
Glory! We carry the authority of the living Word. His Word is sharper than any double-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12), and it burns like fire and breaks the rocks into pieces like a hammer (Jeremiah 23:29).
Psalm 119:96 NLT declares: “Even perfection has its limits, but your commands have no limit.” Our troubles have limits, God’s Word is eternal. So why feast on troubles that have limits when we can feast on the eternal Word that has no limits?
THE LORD, WHOSE PROMISES I PRAISE, ALL GLORY, PRAISEWORTHY AND EXALTED IS YOUR NAME FOREVER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
