Isaiah 49:10 tells us not to worry, for the desert heat or the sun, that is, our earthly tribulations shall not beat us down, for He who has compassion on us leads us. The Spirit of Jesus, our Immanuel, who gives life, leads us. Our joyful duty is to live by the faith of Him who has compassion on us. His faith is that the desert heat or the sun, that is our earthly tribulations shall not beat us down, Hallelujah!

If you are rescued from drowning in a troubled river and placed in still water, will you still be afraid of drowning? In Psalm 40:2, we are rescued from a deep mud, kingdom of darkness, the realm of sin and death, and placed on a solid rock, Christ, kingdom of Light, the realm of life. Why? To make sure we don't slip, perish, decay, do you think we will ever slip, perish, decay?

WE are no longer under the realm of sin that causes death but the realm where the Spirit gives life,hence we cannot slip, perish or decay. That is why the Bible says "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death. (Romans 8:1‭-‬2 NIV)
