REJOICE IN HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS

“The great cedar trees of Lebanon belong to the Lord. He planted them and gives them the water they need. That’s where the birds make their nests, and the storks live in the fir trees.”

Psalms 104:16-17 ERV

Cedars of Lebanon are known for their strength and durability. David built his palace with it and Solomon built the Temple of God with it as well. Imagine how God planted and watered them so strong just for the birds to make their nests on them. Not only does our heavenly Father feed the birds, He also builds a solid mansion for them.

One might ask, how is He this generous to these birds, how about His own children? Ponder this: The prodigal son’s older brother said to his father, ‘Look, all these years I have worked for you like a slave, and I have never disobeyed your orders. What have you given me? Not even a goat for me to have a feast with my friends! ‘My son,’ the father answered, ‘you are always here with me, and everything I have is yours.” (Luke 15:29,31 GNT)

OUR joy is not in what we have but that the same God that cares for those birds is always with us, Christ. “And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Through our union with Him, all that He has is ours. ” He is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!” (Revelation 5:12 ) So, His power, wealth ,wisdom, strength, honor, glory and praise is ours. Because He is righteous, all is supplied to us at the right time! Glory!
