REJOICE IN OUR NEW LIFE II

Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

‭Philippians 4:4 KJV‬

Think of the joy you would have If your car is always giving you trouble and someone gave you a brand new car superior to your other car and guaranteed to be trouble free. Unlike our old life, that was conceived in sin and distress, our new life is set in righteousness, a life set right by God. Think about the huge change in the life of the prodigal son after He returned to the father. The father already knows What he needs as his son.

“But the father called to his servants. ‘Hurry!’ he said. ‘Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and shoes on his feet.(‭Luke 15:22 GNT‬)

‭Psalms 85:13 NKJV‬ says Righteousness will go before Him, And shall make His footsteps our pathway.” We no longer live, Christ lives in us, we live our life through Him with Him and in Him. ‭Galatians 3:27 GNT‬ says, “You were baptized into union with Christ, and now you are clothed, so to speak, with the life of Christ himself.” His merits, strength, power to prosper, righteousness, holiness, faithfulness are our merits, strength, power to prosper, righteousness, holiness and faithfulness.
