REJOICE THE LORD IS MAKING US NEW EVERYDAY I

I am creating a new heaven and a new earth. The troubles of the past will be forgotten. No one will remember them.

-‭‭Isaiah 65:17 ERV‬‬

There is a Latin phrase called “ amor fati” meaning, love of one's fate. It calls for one to embrace his or her fate. As Christians we should learn to embrace our circumstances not as victims but as victors, for we received a new life that

is renewed everyday to be like God.

‭‭Colossians 3:10 ERV‬‬ says, Now you are wearing a new life, a life that is new every day. You are growing in your understanding of the one who made you. You are becoming more and more like him.”

That is why the troubles we experience today are transient for we are renewed daily while they are not. It doesn't matter anymore what tomorrow might bring, we have an upgrade that supersedes it. Why? For as our new life is renewed as we increase in knowledge of God, grace multiplies in our lives. So where sin and distress increases, grace outweighs it giving eternal life.

No wonder the Lord said, “ And this is eternal life: that people can know you, the only true God, and that they can know Jesus Christ, the one you sent (‭‭John 17:3 ERV‬‬)No regrets about yesterday or worries about tomorrow, instead let us increase in grace through word meditations and mount on wings like eagles!‭‭
