RESIST THE ENEMY SPIRITUALLY II

So then, surrender to God. Stand up to the devil and resist him and he will flee in agony.

James (Jacob) 4:7 TPT

We are in a new place, in Christ Jesus, so we must change our language.

Sickness, hardships, depression, untimely death etc, are all languages of the enemy. They are all wages of sin, and Christ has paid for them by His death. Christ death is our death, hence the enemy has zero claim on us, for we are neither under his reign nor in the same realm with Him. Just as the Lord said in John 14:30, that the enemy has no power over him. In the same way, he has no power over us , for as Jesus is, so are we in this world.

The old sinful self that was subject to him, was crucified, and our new life is in Christ in God. He cannot get to where we are in Christ, a place of Holiness and righteousness. Obadiah 1:17 says, in mount Zion there shall be holiness.

When He comes at us with things of the natural realm, like sin consciousness, we furnish him with things of the heavenly where we live, God's holiness, righteousness, and he will flee.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO RESIST THE ENEMY SPIRITUALLY IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
