RESIST THE ENEMY SPIRITUALLY III

So then, surrender to God. Stand up to the devil and resist him and he will flee in agony.

James (Jacob) 4:7 TPT

Jesus said to the Jewish Authorities, “,,,Where I am going, you cannot come.” (John 8:21 MEV) The enemy cannot outwit us for He cannot come where we are. Psalms 24:3-4 MEV says, “Who may ascend the hill of the Lord? Who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart,” The enemy does not have either of those.

Just as the Israelites in Egypt lived in Goshen city where no plaque occurred. (Exodus 8:22) In the same way, though we are in a fallen world, we live in God's own kingdom, not subject to the distress of this fallen world. The enemy doesn't live in our realm and can not come there too. That is why Colossians 3:2 TPT says, “Yes, feast on all the treasures of the heavenly realm and fill your thoughts with heavenly realities, and not with the distractions of the natural realm.”

Walk in the heavenly realities, where the enemy cannot walk. Walk in love, joy, peace, and all the fruits of the spirit.Those things he cannot understand, and he flees from you. Galatians 5:16 MEV says, “I say then, walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.” This means surrender to His words, Just as what Jesus did When He was tempted.(See Matthew 4) For His words bring life giving spirit.
