Lord, you have always been our eternal home, our hiding place from generation to generation.

Psalms 90:1 TPT

In this concluding section of our study, Let us savor with a joyful appetite His grace by analyzing 4 verses of Romans chapter 8. Romans 8:28 TPT says, “ So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together for good, for we are his lovers who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose.” God’s designed purpose for us is for us to conform to the image of His son, and to reign over all He created.

29th verse says,” For he knew all about us before we were born and he destined us from the beginning to share the likeness of his Son. This means the Son is the oldest among a vast family of brothers and sisters who will become just like him.” That a seed planted in the soil is facing some opposition at every stage of growth, does not mean it is defective. Rather, every stage is already designed to work together for God's own intended purposes for the seed.

The same way, every detail of our lives, whether good or bad, are woven together for good to serve God's Own purpose He designed for us before the foundation of the world. The 30th verse says,” Having determined our destiny ahead of time, he called us to himself and transferred his perfect righteousness to everyone he called. And those who possess his perfect righteousness he co-glorified with his Son!”

Let us not lose heart in all troubles, notice that God, the very one that chose us from the beginning, has already justified and glorified us. No wonder our theme verse says, “Lord, you have always been our eternal home..” God has always been there for us. Romans 8:31 TPT says, “

So, what does all this mean? If God has determined to stand with us, tell me, who then could ever stand against us?”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO SAVOR HIS GRACE WITH ECSTATIC JOY IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
