This is my comfort and consolation in my affliction: that Your word has revived me and given me life.

‭‭Psalm 119:50 AMPC‬‬

OUR text is so comforting especially in these trial times. Imagine that the imperishable word of God has given us life, that means we can never perish. This is enough for us to persevere in all trials with ecstatic and bubbling joy all day long. That is why the Bible says, “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.”

Beloved, though we are not of this world ruled by death, we still live in it. So we should persevere when we pass through valleys of death, knowing that we are imperishable, for the imperishable word of God has given us life. “ ‭For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God. ( 1 Peter 1:23 NIV‬‬)

Let us learn how to persevere in all circumstances with joy. Our focus should not only be on receiving miracles but also in building perseverance for we know the trials cannot harm us, instead we are renewed through them for we are imperishable. This is how we savor His salvation daily with joy, free of worries and anxieties about breakthroughs or miracles.

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO PERSEVERE IN ALL THINGS WITH JOY IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
