This is my comfort and consolation in my affliction: that Your word has revived me and given me life.

‭‭Psalm 119:50 AMPC‬‬

There is joy in knowing that irrespective of all troubles we experienced in this world, we cannot be broken or caged by them, for the word of God gave birth to us and cannot be caged (2 Timothy 2:9)

The word of God is Spirit and truth. The Bible tells us that wherever the Spirit of God is, there is freedom. Freedom from all yokes and snares of this world. Also the Lord said that “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”‭‭John 8:31-32 NIV‬‬)

Remember, we are born of the word of truth, the truth reveals true things about us and God. That we are free from the yoke of sin and slavery. ‭‭Isaiah 10:27 KJV‬‬

says, “And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.”

Beloved, let us then persevere in joy and gladness for our comfort and consolation in our afflictions as our theme verse tells us is that “Your word has revived me and given me life.: That is why‭‭ Psalms 124:7 NIV‬‬ says, “We have escaped like a bird from the fowler’s snare; the snare has been broken, and we have escaped.”

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO PERSEVERE IN ALL THINGS WITH JOY IN JESUS NAME AMEN!

THANK YOU JESUS!
