SEIZE HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS

Righteousness will go before Him, And shall make His footsteps our pathway.

Psalms 85:13 NKJV

Think of how we always live by the daylight, we try to seize the daylight to get things done before night comes. The Bible also says about it, “You make darkness, and it is night, In which all the beasts of the forest creep about. The young lions roar after their prey, And seek their food from God. When the sun rises, they gather together And lie down in their dens. Man goes out to his work And to his labor until the evening.” (Psalms 104:20-23 NKJV)

Just as the beasts and young lions seize the darkness to seek their food, and man lays hold of the sunrise for their work. In the same way, we should seize God's righteousness, live by it in all aspects of our lives. We are those God has Personally set right with Himself in Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:21) Hence, we should proclaim His righteousness at all times, especially whenever things don't seem right in our lives.

WE live by responding to what God has done and not the other way round. Our theme says that, “Righteousness will go before Him, And shall make His footsteps our pathway”. We seize it tight, live by the consciousness that His righteousness has set us in His pathway of excellence, good health and prosperity. Hence our path shines brighter and brighter like the morning Sun (Proverbs 4:18) We allow God to lead us, we don't lead God.
