SET YOUR EYES ON JESUS II

If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.

John 14:14 NKJV

The heart and soul of our Christian belief is Christ in us, our hope of glory. We are healed, not because we have seen our healings but because Christ is in us. In our theme, the Lord said, "If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.” He did not say we will see what we asked, rather He said He will do it. He wants us to rely completely on Him, for we are complete because He is in us, and we are in Him. It is in Him we are complete. Our sufficiency is from Him.

David said, “I have set the Lord always before me; Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices; My flesh also will rest in hope. For You will not leave my soul in Sheol, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.”

(Psalms 16:8-10 NKJV) Is your heart glad because you have no more moments in your lives or simply because Christ in you is your hope of glory?

We should set our joy on Christ in us and not on our roller-coaster life. Romans 8:31-32 NKJV says, “ What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? If Christ is in us, which sickness, hardships etc can destroy us?

WE PRAY FOR THE GRACE TO SET OUR MINDS AND HEARTS ON JESUS TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME AMEN!
